This policy explains what information Bluestar Property Solutions (“we”) collects through this website and how we use it. In short: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to respond to you, and we don’t sell it.
What we collect
- When you request an estimate: your name, email address, phone number (if you include it), the service you need, and your project description.
- When you call or email us: the details you choose to share.
- Basic technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to run and secure the site. To prevent spam, the estimate form also stores a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address with the times of recent requests, temporarily.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare estimates, schedule and complete work, and follow up about your project.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam.
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
How it’s shared and protected
Estimate requests are delivered by email to our business inbox. Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, which handles this information on our behalf. We may also share information when the law requires it. The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and it doesn’t load third-party trackers. If our hosting provider’s security system needs to check that a visitor isn’t automated, it may set a strictly necessary cookie for that purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and related messages for as long as we need them to respond, complete any work, and maintain our business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you by
emailing sales@
Children’s privacy
This website isn’t intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
